The CG9812 is a large-capacity charging gateway developed by Huawei. It is
located between the NE that generates CDRs and the BS and implements the offline charging function.
The CG9812 receives, stores, and converts CDRs generated by the NE that generates CDRs, generates final CDRs required by the BS, and then sends final
CDRs to the BS.
